Cyycle ApS accepts returns.
If you wish to cancel your purchase, we must receive your return package within 14 days from the date of receipt, otherwise the package will be sent back. Please attach the receipt to your return package. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for returns.

Please inform us about your return before sending it. Cyycle ApS would also appreciate a clear message explaining why you are returning the product – this will be useful in future work:

Cyycle ApS does not accept returns of items that have been used, altered, or washed after receipt. As soon as a returned product has undergone a quality check upon receipt, Cyycle ApS will credit the payment card used to purchase the item.

You bear the risk from the time the product is delivered to you, and you are responsible for return costs and ensuring that the goods are securely packaged upon return.

Return packages must be delivered directly to Cyycle’s business address.
We do not accept packages sent and delivered to parcel shops or other pick-up locations. We also do not accept packages sent with DAO.

As proof that the item has been returned in time, we recommend that you save the receipt for handing over the item to the postal service or other shipping company for shipment. Return shipments are at your own risk, and it is important that you send with track & trace and note the tracking number.

NOTE: It is possible to choose between GLS and PostNord. You can receive QR codes for printing labels if you choose PostNord.

If you wish to exchange for another item or size, simply return your original order and place a new order for the desired item.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the money to the card you used for payment. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
