Purchase a shipping label and send it directly to us (it must be sent to our address; we do not pick up items from parcel shops).

We curate all items we receive based on condition, materials, brands, as well as our experience with sales and demand.

We can only assess whether we can sell your items once we have physically seen them. If you have sent them in and we determine that we cannot sell your items, you can simply have them returned – the cost of returning your items depends on the weight in kilos.

If you are unsure whether your items can be sold with us, please feel free to contact us or send pictures in advance.

As a customer, you set the price for your items unless you want us to do it for you.

We have two commission models: 60/40 or 50/50.

The 60/40 commission model is the one we recommend. When you have sold an item at Cyycle, you can choose shop credits. By choosing shop credits, you get 60% of the profit and our fee is 40% of the profit including VAT. 

The 50/50 commission model.
Here you get 50% of the profit and our fee is 50% of the profit including VAT. 

We have experienced great demand for selling items, and there is a lot of handling involved with each piece of clothing, as we evaluate and review the clothing, register it in our system, take pictures, write texts, promote, etc., so there is a fixed handling fee of DKK 10 per piece of clothing.

Shop credits - you receive 60% of the profit and your credits will be paid out to your profile immediately.

Once you have given your clothes new life and sold one or more items, you can use your shop credits to shop for brand new Cyycle items.
Your sale becomes more valuable by choosing shop credits, as your profit is 60%.

Your shop credits can be used for 2 years.

Bank payout - you receive 50% of the profit and transfers will be made on the 21st of the following month.

We have a 14-day return policy on all purchases, and this period must pass before payouts can occur.

We do our best to prevent theft and similar incidents by using surveillance and alarms, and by taking good care of all goods we receive.

If, unfortunately, a theft does occur, we are unable to cover the incident or offer compensation for the stolen items. You must contact your insurance company for assistance and coverage.

We take care of all the practicalities; as a customer, you don't have to do anything – we quality-check all items and ensure they are in good condition, take photos, handle communication, promotion, and shipping to the customer, etc.

You receive 60% of a sale when you choose shop credits. In addition, you get shop credits paid out immediately to your user profile.

By choosing shop credits, you also contribute to a more circular consumption.
You give your own items new life by selling them, and at the same time, you can shop for new second-hand items yourself without spending a dime.

You have 2 years to use your shop credits.

You will become part of a circular community, namely our Cyycle community. Cyycle is built on trust, thoughtfulness, and shared value. It's not just about clothes - but about how we use them.
At Cyycle, we have several hundred users who both sell and buy preloved items. We want to have a community where we can ask questions together and learn more about materials, production, upcycling, and secondhand.

No guarantee of sale, but we do our best, and our experience shows that most items are sold sooner or later – of course, it's also somewhat seasonal.

We do our best to ensure sales - but there is no guarantee for this.

We accept premium and high-end items.
We do not accept fast fashion. We assess each item based on our guidelines and whether we deem it possible to sell the item in question – also assessed on demand.

The clothing must be washed/cleaned. No stains or marks. Must not smell (no smell of sweat, perfume, smoke, or any other kind of odor)

No missing/broken zippers and/or buttons – unless an extra button is included. No holes in the clothing or unstitched seams.

Counterfeit and stolen goods are illegal and are naturally not acceptable – we keep a close eye on this.

Packages that are not sealed or properly closed upon arrival will not be accepted.

As these are secondhand/vintage clothes, wear and tear may be present on most products. More significant wear and tear must be documented. However, it must still comply with our guidelines.

When your items have not been sold and need to be returned to you, they can be shipped (at your own expense) or collected from our showroom. You have 14 days to collect your items, otherwise they will be donated to the Red Cross or Mødrehjælpen.
